  • Coverage: We currently deliver strictly within Metro Manila operational boundaries. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside this zone may be automatically canceled and refunded.
  • Timeline: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed for same-day delivery (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays will be processed the next delivery day.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by extreme weather conditions (e.g., typhoons), severe traffic, or force majeure events within Metro Manila.
